With something for everyone, we hope to inspire various levels of students, from beginner to the advanced, to the yoga teacher. Bring your own mat and props, and come prepared to nourish your soul, and evolve your yoga practice.

We often hear that yoga is 5000 years old. Historical evidence suggests most modern yoga poses are only 100 years old. Debates about "authenticity" in yoga can get contentious. This session will summarize recent debates about the history of yoga poses. It will connect modern yoga practice with yoga history.
